For a data repository, we are a fun and friendly group. My team is full of wonderfully intelligent, driven, respectful individuals. I should know, I hired them! Each hand-picked member is full of integrity and are aligned with AuraData's goals. I am excited to see them grow and to grow with them as an entrepreneur. AuraData has the ability to empower its employees to make decisions without large amounts of red tape. Which allows us flexibility and the extraordinary gift of being creative in our positions. However, it makes it so that each person has responsibility for their actions. Over here, we love a flattened landscape. If you ever have questions, process improvement suggestions or just generally want to chat, our team are very approachable – myself included. Our message would be simple: Canadian education verification is not one-size-fits-all, and accuracy depends on expertise. AuraData was built specifically to navigate the unique complexities of the Canadian post-secondary system—from province-specific protocols and privacy laws to institutional mergers and legacy record systems. Our goal is to remove friction, increase reliability, and bring clarity to what is often an overlooked, but critical, part of background screening.
